A € 25,00 per room handling fee is requested and should be included in the payment amount.

The above mentioned rates are per room and per night, inclusive of breakfast, service and VAT.
Please note: You will be promptly contacted by the Organising Secretariat if, upon receipt of the booking form, your specific requests cannot be met (hotel class and/or room category).

Reservation will be valid only upon the receipt of the total amount the reserved stay by bank transfer, cheque or online credit card, including € 25,00 for administration fee.

CANCELLATION POLICY
The 50% of the Hotel payment will be refund (net of € 25,00 for administrative expenses) for cancellations received before June 12, 2011.
No refunds will be made after this date.
